PlanDo you remember the saying "A
penny saved is a penny earned?" We sure do! That is why McDonald Bradley
offers our Associates a 401(K) plan that we feel is one of a kind! Associates
may enroll immediately upon employment and contribute from 1% to 25% of their
pay up to a maximum of $15,500 based on the IRS' 2007 contribution limits. In
addition, employees over age 50 may contribute an additional $5,000 to help "catch-up"
on their retirement savings. Presently the company matches 75% of the first
6% of the Associate's pre-tax contributions. The Principal Financial Group, our
plan administrator provides a wide and diverse range of investment choices as
well as 24/7 access to plan accounts, online saving tools and on-site educational
workshops.

Loan ProgramInterested in working with
the latest technology both on the job and at home? McDonald Bradley can help!
As an McDonald Bradley Associate you may be eligible to receive up to $2,500,
in the form of an interest free loan, for the purchase of a computer system for
use at home. The loan is repaid via biweekly payroll deductions over the course
of a year. In addition, regular status part time Associates who receive a computer
loan are granted $100 and regular status full-time Associates who receive a computer
loan are granted $200 towards their purchase. The $100/$200 does not need to be
repaid unless the Associate's employment with the Company ends within twelve months

smile about? As a full-time Associate of McDonald Bradley you are eligible to
be covered under our dental plan. We offer two PPO plan choices, a comprehensive
core option and a more robust buy-up plan.. Coverage is effective the first of
the month following your date of employment and your portion of the premium payment
is deducted on a pre-tax basis through our Section 125 plan. Now that is something

& Training ReimbursementHave you

certification programs to full-time Associates. As an McDonald Bradley Associate,
you will have the opportunity to be reimbursed up to $5,000 in education reimbursement
per calendar year! Internally, McDonald Bradley University also
offers a variety of technical courses that are mapped to our core competencies,
which will be directly linked to your career objectives and professional development.
McDonald Bradley will also financially assist in any external training courses
that are pre-approved and career-related. Training budgets are determined by each

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all Associates at McDonald Bradley.
Our program is offered though, LifeWorks and provides assistance
with daily living issues: emotional well-being, financial, legal, addictions and

information services are also available free of charge and attorneys are available
to explain legal rights and options on such topics as: -

Friendly BenefitsLooking for a company
where family life is supported? McDonald Bradley is pleased to be able to offer
a full package of family friendly benefits to its Associates. Such as: - A
$500 savings bond will be given to all newborns or adopted children of Associates.
- For those Associates who have completed two years
of service with the Company, McDonald Bradley provides one week of paid Maternity/Paternity
leave after the birth or adoption of a child.
- The
Company will also provide Associates who have completed two years of service with
$1,000 upon the completion of the adoption process for adoption assistance services.
- Additionally,
contract permitting, mothers on leave, due to the birth of a newborn child, will
be granted a 30 day phase back period in which they may return to work on a less
than full-time basis.

more flexibility? Through the IRS § 125 Plan, McDonald Bradley offers our
Associates a Flexible Spending Account in which all medical and dental premiums
are automatically deducted on a pre-tax basis. We also offer medical flexible
spending accounts and dependent care accounts. In addition, for Associates electing
to contribute $100 or more to the dependent care or health care spending account,
McDonald Bradley contributes an additional $300 annually toward their dependent
and $100 annually to the health spending account. In addition
to all of that, new Associates hired during the plan year may enroll immediately!

of Section Health InsuranceHere's
to your health! We at McDonald Bradley realize that a major concern in almost
every household these days is health care. We are pleased to be able to offer
our Associates the choice between two PPO plans plans. Associates may choose between
a comprehensive core plan and a more robust buy-up option. Both plans provide
the Associate with the option to see either an in-network doctor, or, they may
elect to see any out-of-network doctor for an additional cost. An
added benefit of McDonald Bradley's health plan is that it becomes effective the
first of the month following your date of employment! Premiums will be deducted
directly from an Associate's paycheck. In addition, the money is deducted on a
pre-tax basis through our Section 125 plan. Its McDonald Bradley's idea of a healthy
choice!

your calendars
McDonald Bradley offers 10 paid holidays per year! That's
right! You will be able to enjoy New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving
Day and Christmas Day as paid holidays. Martin Luther King Day, President's Day,
Columbus Day and Veterans Day are all designated "Floater Holidays"
and may be used on a day other than the federally mandated dates with the approval
of an Associate's supervisor. Top

Bradley provides company-paid group term life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
insurance to its eligible Associates in the amount of one times the employee's
salary. The policy becomes effective the first of the month following your date

Long Term DisabilityIs
your security important to you? As an Associate of McDonald Bradley we want you
to be able to concentrate on your health rather than how you will pay your bills
during times of difficulty. Because of that, we provide our Associates with company-paid
ong term disability insurance. Should an Associate become unable to work due to
disability, long-term disability insurance will take effect after 90 days. Coverage
provided to McDonald Bradley Associates is equal to 66-2/3% of the Associate's
monthly salary to a maximum of $8,500 per month benefit. Top

ProgramDo you know someone that

in making some extra money? Presently, McDonald Bradley offers its Associates
a referral bonus when the Associate refers someone who is hired by the company.
The bonus amount is dependent on the type of person hired. Our current bonus structure
is as follows: - $5,000 for a TS/ISSA (Full Scope) Polygraph
hire
- $3,000 for a TS/SCI hire
- $1,000 for
all other referral hires
- $500 for administrative staff

you concerned about coverage should you become disabled for a term less than ninety
(90) days in length? We at McDonald Bradley want to assure that our Associates
are never without protection. Therefore, McDonald Bradley pays 100% of the premium
cost forshort-term disability insurance.. Should you become disabled, the coverage
provides for 60% coverage of weekly earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,000. Top

feeling well? Unfortunately, it happens to the best of us. With that in mind,
McDonald Bradley provides five (5) days of sick leave a year which can be used
for you own personal illness or to care for a family member. As an Associate you
will accrue 1.538 hours per full pay period. Because your sick leave has no accrual
limit, it may be carried over from year to year. Top

Vacation
We at McDonald Bradley, Inc. understand the need for a
little R&R. Whether you want to travel to a new and exciting destination,
cruise the seas, drive cross-country, or spend some quiet time at home, we offer
our Associates 15 vacation days per year with an accrual limit of 200 hours per
year. Because we believe that our Associates make a vast contribution from the
day they start, we provide an immediate accrual of 4.615 hours per full pay period.
After 5 years of service, we offer 20 days of vacation and after 10 years of service
we are delighted to offer 25 days of vacation per year. Top

you been squinting at your computer screen lately? Would you like to get new glasses
or contact lenses without breaking the bank? McDonald Bradley Associates have
the opportunity to be covered under our vision plan through Vision Service Providers
(VSP). This plan offers glasses, contacts, and eye exams at significant discounted
prices with participating in-network vision providers. Premiums are deducted via
payroll on a pre-tax basis through our Section 125 plan and you are eligible for
coverage the first of the month following your employment date. VSP also offers
discounted laser vision correction surgery and provides access to a vast network
of laser surgery centers. The average savings benefit is 20 - 25%. Top
